If your order is shipped but not recieved within 10 business days, please contact us immediately.  The AFA Online Store will track your order and confirm the status of your order.  If the AFA Online Store is not contacted within 30 days of a delivery confirmation by the mail carrier, the order will be closed and no refunds or replacements will be available.

Returns Policy 

American Family Association Inc. relies upon donations from supporters. If you change your mind about contributing for any reason, AFA is happy to honor your decision, as long as you request a refund (return of contribution) within 30 days of the date on which you made the contribution. Requests for refunds may be made by calling 877-927-4917, Monday through Friday, 8am until 5pm Central time. Alternatively, requests may be emailed to ordersupport@afa.net or mailed to AFA Online Store, PO Drawer 2440, Tupelo, MS 38803-2440. 
Please note that unless there is a problem with the item itself, we will be unable to refund any shipping costs you were charged (both when you ordered and when you return the product).
